Each bedroom includes two beds for shared housing. Private rooms may be available at a higher monthly rate, depending on availability.
How much does it cost to live here?
Shared rooms are 800 dollars per bed per month.
Private rooms, when available, are 1600 dollars per month.
The first month’s payment is required before move in.
What is included in the housing?
Residents have access to shared living spaces, two full kitchens, two laundry rooms, outdoor areas including a pool and deck, and parking. Utilities are included unless otherwise stated during intake.
